Our story begins with our founder, Robert “Bob” Caco, whose remarkable career in the pharmaceutical industry spans more than six decades.
Built on Decades of Pharmaceutical Experience
Bob began his career in pharmaceutical sales in 1957. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for healthcare, he founded Regal Pharmaceuticals in Ontario, Canada, in 1967.
For more than 25 years, Regal Pharmaceuticals supplied non-prescription liquids and powders to pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, and major retailers across Canada, including Shoppers Drug Mart, Big V, Boots, and Loblaws.
Recognizing the growing need for high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing, Bob established Bradcan Inc. in Burlington, Ontario, in 1975. Bradcan became a respected pharmaceutical manufacturing company producing over-the-counter liquid and powder products for Regal Pharmaceuticals and numerous well-known companies, including Procter & Gamble, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Shaklee Products.
The company also manufactured many of Canada’s baking soda and baking powder products under a variety of brands, operating around the clock to meet nationwide demand.
Growing Through Innovation
As demand continued to grow, Bob expanded Bradcan by building a state-of-the-art GMP manufacturing facility and analytical laboratory in 1982. Just a few years later, the facility doubled in size and operated three shifts a day, supplying pharmacies, grocery stores, hospitals, and specialty projects throughout both Canada and the United States.
Throughout his career, Bob developed a reputation for quality, innovation, and manufacturing excellence.
The Inspiration Behind Little Miracle®
In 1988, Bob founded Pantex, Inc. in Florida.
Years later, while hauling wood, Bob injured his back. Like many people experiencing pain, he visited his local independent pharmacy looking for relief. Product after product promised results, but none provided the relief he was searching for.
Rather than settling for “good enough,” Bob decided there had to be a better solution.
He reached out to longtime friend and respected Canadian pharmaceutical research chemist Louis Fernandez. Combining Bob’s decades of pharmaceutical experience with Louis’ scientific expertise, they spent more than a year researching, testing, and perfecting what would eventually become Little Miracle® Pain Spray.
Their goal was straightforward: create a topical pain relief product that truly worked.

Little Miracle® Pain Spray was introduced in 2008 and quickly earned the trust of customers seeking effective topical pain relief.
Today, Pantex proudly supplies more than 500 independent pharmacies throughout the United States, with distribution continuing to expand. Little Miracle products are now available in more than 14 countries, helping people around the world find the relief they need.
